Late June HIM races on the east coast?

Pro  3870      Virginia Beach, VA |  Subject: Late June HIM races on the east coast?Working on my schedule for next season and I need a HIM race course int late June. I'd like to stay relativelly close to home so something between MD and SC would be best. ANyone have any suggestions? I've got EagleMan (June 11) listed but I might do that as part of a competitive relay team so I'd want a solo HIM about 2 weeks later. I also have an Oly scheduled on July 8. |

Not a Coach 11473 Media, PA | Subject: RE: Late June HIM races on the east coast? Morgantown, WV on the 25th (MedExpress Mountaineer). They recommend a 39x23 gearing for the bike course. Know nothing else about it. Further north (a lot further north) is the Tinman (Tupper Lake, NY). Same weekend I think. |

| New user 2 | Subject: RE: Late June HIM races on the east coast? I did the mountaineer tri this summer. I'm pretty weak on the bike and didn't have a problem with the bike course. There are a few good climbs but also some nice downhills as well. Overall, I thought it was very well run and will definitely be back there next year. |
