i am having alot of mid back pain when running. When i swim it is nonexistent. Whin i bike it starts to ache but i think it is more muscles than anyhting. When i run, however, it is intense. I have to walk alot. IT is frustrating because i can run at a good speed but my times are horrible because i have to walk so much. I have mild scoliosis and a slighty forwar dbend as well. I have been to the doctor and to the chiroprachter.

I need help...

thanks

First thing would be to ensure that Doc & Chiro are "sports minded". Sounds like the answers are a bit shallow. Are there any sports med clinics around that you could go to?

I have been getting lower back pains when I ran. I understand how frustrating it can be. I hardly ran at all back of it. I just swim and bike a lot more. i think that I will just have to strengthen my core muscles.
