Subject: 54-56 Med-High Spec Tri Bike Wanted
Morning all,
I'm in the market for a good used bike to start training for my first 1/2 ( I've completed a sprint on a converted mountain bike).
54-56 frame (I was measured to a Trek 1200 Road bike at 56, but am advised that tri bikes go a little smaller). Ideally an Ultegra equipped 2003-2005.
I'm biased towards Felt (have read several great reports on quality and value), but will look at anything.
You must be willing to ship to the US Virgin Islands.
Thanks in advance

Many thanks Run4,
I've added these to my watch list on e-bay, I've been out bid in the last 5 secs of three auctions so far this week (I know set a higher max) so am a little e-bay punch drunk at the moment.
Also e-bay retailers (not private sellers) generally do not ship to the VI which bugs the heck out of me.
Anyway thanks again, Glen

Hi Jim,
I got the following,

A 2003 Monoc TC2 frame and fork - used 3 times (only to go to church no doubt!).
Frame is aluminum with carbon seat and chainstays. Fork is full carbon.
Rear wheel is a Specialized tri spoke. No front wheel (got a matching Specialised tri spoke already)
Parts include:
Dura Ace 9spd shifters,
105 rear der,
Ultegra ft der,
11-21 ultegra cass,
FSA Gossamer cranks 53,39 with outboard bearings,
Shimano 105 pedals,
Vision bar and aero bar by FSA, Aero bars have been shortened by 2".
Profile QS2 brake levers,
Bontrager Race seatpost 31.8,
Serfas saddle,
Ritchey Pro stem 90mm.

Can't wait to recieve.
BTW, this has a double crank - I really think that I will need a triple - dem hills be mountains! Do I simply need to change the crank, or will i need to change the front der & shifter?

regards, Glen
