Comments: I went out too fast. 5K time was 24min; 10K time 48-49min.... then started to run out of steam. I passed the first water station at mile 1 and then missed stopping at the 2nd water station - mistake (I should have turned back and grabbed a cup of water). Ate a gel in the stockade before the 3rd water station (about the 4.5mile mark) What would you do differently?: hold back a bit during the 1st half of the run... stop at each water station Post race
