Thanks for checking in, Chris. Your numbers affect the overall standing - Canada beat out Florida with an amended total score of 95.6%.

Felow team,

I wsih to apologize for having disapeared for a while and not completing my goal. December has probably been one of the worst months I have had in years. First I got a major flu, then the rough part occurred when my Mother was in a bad car accident down in Florida. I went down there for a week to make sure all was ok.

On the bright side, my mom should recover 100%. She was lucky things werent worst than they were.

Once again, I am really sorry fr letting you all down, it's not like me to not live up to my commitments.

As all of you must know, family comes first, the rest means nothing really.

I am back now, I'm ready to start 2006 with a bang.

Sincerely,

Steve,

Sorry you had such a difficult month.  Good to see that you are back and looking forward to a strong 2006.  Don't worry about the swim challenge, I think I can speak for most when I say that we are just glad to have you back.  Best wishes to you and a healthy recovery for your mom.

Elly

Hey, thanks for letting us know. Please don't worry about 'letting us down'.. a virtual challenge pales in comparison to real life challenges. I'm glad to hear your Mom is going to be okay.

Glad to hear your mom is going to be okay. Do not fret about letting us down - we've all benefitted from the swim training and becomming more fit is what this is all about.

Good luck with your training in 2006!
