I figured as much.

Wanna open a BT "training" lab?

run4yrlif - 2005-12-06 1:00 PM Cocaine can be synthesized from commercially-available chemicals.

Or so I've heard.

Organic chemists hold the keys to the universe.

No thanks. They tend to explode. Just ask any meth manufacturer

Totally.

Although, I was a biology major as an undergrad.

I was the opposite. I love all science except Chem. Did well in Physics (A!!) but barely got by my 3 chem classes!! Thank goodness for tutors and curves.

Lara - 2005-12-06 2:11 PM  I LOVED all Science (except for Physics)..

OMG...physics and I did not get along. I had a serious calculus aversion, which had something to do with it.

Secret: I also hated chemistry as an undergrad. Didn't come to love it until 12 years later.

Lara - 2005-12-06 1:11 PMI wanted to be an Animal Behavioralist or a Marine Biologist. I couldn't figure out how to make a real living out of either of those occupations. I LOVED all Science (except for Physics)..

I got tired of it after Multivariable Calc.  When you can solve a series of equations with so many variable you run out of letters, you know you're a stud...and then there were the white coat boys with their test tubes and beakers twisting their stopcocks all day long.

SOme of us learned that if we just ask, chem girls would twist them for us. If we cleaned their buchner funnels for them.

See Jim, I LOVED calculus. This is why we wouldn't workout, our languages wouldn't translate. heh... (thinking Janelle would break up with someone b/c they liked Chemistry and not biology...lmao)

That's because chemists don't get Mr. Softie jokes.

Sure we do. In fact, this chemist invented the Mr. Softie joke.

My favorite drink: Orangina + Grey Goose. Bubbling, citrus-y, with a punch. It's so French.
