Subject: 1/2 ironman training programs anyone??
good morning to all!

i have seen the 1/2 ironman training program on the "beginner triathlete" website but does anyone know of another website that has other (free) triathlon training programs listed? i have searched and searched but cannot find another on the internet. thanks to all!

I'd also like to get a 1/2 iron training program. In the Feb. 2004 issue of Inside Triathlon, there is a spring training article for Oly, 1/2 iron, and Iron distance programs. But it's not a "complete" program. Just the highlights. You might start there. However, it only has 20 weeks from base to race, and I don't know where you are at with your training. Let me know, maybe we can cooperate. I'm looking to start a 1/2 iron program in about 2-3 weeks for a race in September 2004.

I've been working with the BT one (fabulous, of course) but it's helpful to look at other training programs. I'll add this to my 'how to avoid work' file!!
