Subject: Beer, brats & chocoloate ice cream Great Dietary News, triathletes! Took Sunday off after running a strong 8k race Saturday. For dinner Sunday night I cooked bratwurst on the grill, and between the cooking of them and the eating of them, I consumed 3 beers. After dinner I had chocolate chunk ice cream. And this morning, when I stepped on the scale? Not one pound over my normal weight! So the good news is I have finally found THE perfect tri diet - beer, brats and ice cream!! I'm prety sure it only works though if you have three of everything ... 3 brats, 3 beers and 3 (medium ) scoops of chocolate ice cream. Give it a "tri" and keep me posted on how you do!! |
