Various aspects of my life are converging at lightning speed (read the new BT article on just such a topic, see home site).

My final project is due for school is due may 4, my oly is may 2, and i preach may 9, and i'm the on-call labor coach for my friend's baby (due may 12).

AND I'M SUPPOSED TO TRAIN??? I'm having fun, right??

Well, one thing at a time. My oly is May 2, my oly is May 2, my oly is May 2.

OK. Apparently I just need to vent!!

I hear ya and share your pain.  Have I mentioned I need to tune up that 10 page paper?  And write the final for that class, along with writing the final for my other poli sci class, (my oly isn't until august 29th), study for history/math/spanish finals....

oly, oly, oly, oly.......my first race is June 12 and I need a wetsuit!!

If it ever stops being "fun" or at least enjoyable to some degree then make sure that you are getting paid to do it...otherwise training and competing would have no logical purpose.

I probably mispoke, Michel--love the training, love the competeing, love the preaching, love the school, love my friend--just want to cut out work, paying bills, cleaning the toilet, taking out the garbage, shaving my legs and going to the laundromat.

Can that be arranged??

But if you didn't have all those obligations, then you would probably be very disorganized! :-) Just think of all the good things you are accomplishing!

I'd like to stop working too! ;-)

I think I see a common thread appearing here...I hate working, paying bills, cleaning the toilet, taking out the garbage and shaving my face ... but luckily I do not have to go to the laundromat! I suppose I could retire, but my wife would only find more work for me to do around the house!

Will you have any extra time while tapering this week? Or at least have a few less workout clothes to wash?
Hope you have a few relaxing moments this month...you can always laugh at something posted here on BT!!!
