Scrub with a dab of baby-shampoo.  It cleans so well that fog can't "stick".

I vote spit and rinse! Been doing it with my swim goggles and have done it with Scuba Mask for years!

I use a paste called "CatCrap" works awesome. I use it on my sunglasses when I bike too.
