Hi - love this site - first tri this weekend.!

I found this site recommended to me on an Australian tri site and it's great!! I have done multisport relays as part of a team several times, doing either the swim, bike or kayak. I have also done quite a few open water swimming races. And although I hate running I have done a couple of 10km fun runs (a contradiction in terms!!)
So I thought I'd put it all together and have a go at a triathlon. I have done an iron person relay before which was a paddle/swim/run which was great (but the run nearly killed me!), but haven't done a triathlon before! So I'm really looking forward to the challenge. This first one is only a sprint distace but my aim is to do an Olympic distance tri in the next Australian tri season. My main challenge is fitting training time into a life with study, work, kids etc.
It's great to read everyone else's stories and motivations.
