Subject: RE: Tri training causing weight gain Try to use your clothes as a marker. Are they thighter or looser? I check my weight several times a day, just to get more of an average and to see if I may be dehydrated. I check it first thing in the morning, befoer a workout and after a workout. The other day, I weight 191.5 in the morning, after my workout I weiged 185.5, the next morning I weighed 192. Try not to get caught up in the numbers as much as the fit of your clothes.
