Subject: warmup question
I have a sprint triathlon in two weeks, any suggestions when to do my warmup before the race? i.e. easy spin on the bike how long before?

the traditional BT answer - it depends.

some of the races will not let you take a bike out of the transition area once you put it in there, so that could be a factor.  Me, I didn't do much of a bike or run warm up before my event - I just warmed up in the pool and did some extra stretching for the bike / run muscles just before I started the swim.
