Wasn't a great bowl season for the SEC, Florida and "Bama won, and of course LSU pummeled that other Florida school, but Georgia, SC, and Auburn all went down.

Crap... I just realized that C-USA is apparently the superior conference with a 3-2 record in bowls...  What is the world coming to?

Hell at least Oregon got beat down by a mid-level Big 12 team so we don't have to listen to them gripe all off season about how they were slighted and should have been in a BCS Bowl.

At least we didn't quit like certain other teams from GA. I am really at a loss for words at how poorly our defense was prepared last night.

Just a side note gullah.....we came from 28 down and almost won, SC was up 21 and lost.....now lets keep our mouths shut from now on....

 As for my beloved Gamecocks what can I say....they suck, their QB sucks and their defense sucks. They all suck. But...baseball season's just around the corner.

What it is gullah you moron is that your program is so pathetic that you haven't smelled a conference championship in years. Instead of celebrating your programs success you have to take joy in someone else's loss. As for getting our a$$es handed to us, we played terrible the first quarter (and I attribute that to WVU being a very good team and our defensive coordinator not preparing our team well) but the next 3 quarters we beat them 35-10. So if that's getting our a$$es handed to us then I will take it. I guess as a SC fan you are an expert at "getting it handed to you" on a weekly basis. As for being an "arrogant" fan, well when you have won more games than anyone over the last 5 years and had 2 conference champioships then you have earned the right to be a little arrogant, although the majority of UGA fans that I know are still very thankful and humble about our recent success.

Go back to wishing  you had a program like ours, like a friend of mine said "South Carolina is where good coaches go to die". Face it even the "Evil Genius" can't overcome decades of mediocrity and crappy teams.

It's funny. We can talk about the most controversial issues here.--abortion, death penalty, evolution, anything regarding W.--and be civil about it. But whenever we start talking about something as relatively meaningless as college football, we turn into name-calling @ssholes.
