Subject: workouts in a binder for indoor cycling
i finally have a copy of 'swim workouts in binder' which i used for the first time last week. swam nearly a mile and it went by so quickly. it was such a nice change from doing my ti drills or non-stop swimming (which were the two types of swimming i've done the last two seasons). http://www.velopress.com/triathlon.php?id=74

well, we also just picked up a copy of "workouts in a binder for indoor cycling" and, although i've only done one routine from it, i'm a believer! i was on the trainer for 50 minutes last night. normally, i get bored after about 10 minutes. this workout had a 15 minute workout, which went by so quickly, the main set was 30 mins broken up into 10 min segments (10 in aero, 10 out of aero, 10 back in aero) and also went by pretty quickly. overall, it was a very easy format to follow (especially now that i have a 'puter w/ cadence). doing the routine (and having endless tunes on the nano) actually made 50 minutes on the trainer FUN! i was seriously thinking about doing another 60 minute set today, even though i'm not supposed to bike again for a couple days. anyway, so far, so good.
