Subject: HTML editor change

We have permanently replaced the old HTML editor (in your control panel).  Clicking on 'Yes' will bring up a 'lite' version of the new editor (TinyMCE)-it just lacks some of the more advanced table editing functions for faster loading.  Selecting the 'TinyMCE-experimental' will bring up the full version with all the functionality.

Although the old editor served us well, it continually had problems loading buttons and opening up text area to write.

Please let me know if any problems.

Going thru my Control Panel, when choosing either "yes" or "TinyMCE..." I am still not getting a rich edit text panel to compose messages in the forum or for my Overall Comments in my training log.

I have the text editor when using IE but not FireFox or Opera.

Try doing a SHIFT-REFRESH or clearing your browser cache. The editor was also upgraded to a newer version, you might still have the old .JS files cached.

Strange. When I changed the font size on an earlier post it changed the font for everything, including my Signature. There was no way for me to change it without removing it.

*See, there it goes again. All I did was change the font of the text I typed to 4 and hit submit. This also changed my signature line font size. I don't think its supposed to do that.

That worked for me in FireFox.

I just corrected oipolloi's entry. There were a few opening font tags with size attributes of 0. There was a solo font tag with a size of 4 after all text. I can't reproduce it though.
