I can highly recomend the following:

Recoverite: Recovery drink consisting of 3:1 carb to protein using only complex carbs and whey protein. Also contains Glutamine and chromine. I've been using this stuff for about a week and can feel it helping recovery. Mixed with water, it has a light citrus taste. Mixed with OJ it almost has a vanillia taste. Like drinking an orange dreamsicle, if you know what those are.

HEED: Hammer's version of Gatoraide. MUCH better then Gatoraide. Contains no fructose, just complex carbs and it tastes great

Hammer Gell: Pretty comperable to Gu ingredient wise, but the apple cinnimon is amazing. Raspberry is also pretty good.
