swimming with fins during training? (Page 2)

Besides fins, could the hand paddles be included.   Use them for some drills, but that's all.  I think I made the mistake of buying ones that were to big for my skill level.

i personally like the hand paddles. They helped me refine my stroke a lot. They helped me speed up to feel what swiming was supposed to feel like and if my hands started to enter an inefficient position, I knew it right away. The especially helped me with hand entry and exit, as when you do it wrong, you feel it big time
