Member 7 |  Subject: Moving to NC!Hello to all, My name is John (Boz to all my friends). I am currently in Germany but am moving back to North Carolina in late summer/early fall. I've done a few sprint-tri's but it's been a while. I want to start racing again once in NC so I joined in hope of getting motivated to train properly again, and maybe meet others in NC that are willing to train together once I get there. So far in the short time I've surfed around the site I'm impressed with the amount of people that are into the sport now. Hope to meet and come across some of you at the races. Ok, enough for now... I am in Upstate SC and our club does rides in NC also since we are on the border. It is breathtaking to ride through the Blue Ridge Parkway! You are in for some awesome scenery! If any of you do move to this lovely state & area - just send a note or post when you want to get together...Also - I'm slated to do 2 races and a ride in the fall - so if you end up signing up for one - let me know I'd love to meet up w/ some fellow BTers!!! |

I would love to get together to work out, but I am a beginner (actually I am going to officially start training next week) and I do not want to slow anyone down too much! If there are any other beginners out there that want to get together to run or bike or help me learn how to swim, then let me know, it would be great to have someone to work out with! |
