This is a tricky one. I haven't done much programming with Outlook, but I believe this would require coding a macro that you would have to install and then run from within Outlook. This would be done after exporting your planned training to a csv file. Kind of complex and the support required to work with different versions of Outlook could get time consuming.

One thing that is on the horizon is the ability to have your Planned Training emailed to you.

There actually is a fairly simple function that could export training entries (one day at a time, I think) to Outlook as an appointment. Here's a good reference:

This would still require that a macro be installed into Access (or Excel). I guess the question here is: How many people would use this if it required exporting from BT, importing to Access (or Excel) and then exporting again to Outlook?

I've always been a bit wary of marrying oneself to the MS Office upgrade dance also.

Thoughts anyone?
