Hey all,

I am in the grips of training for an olympic distance Tri and I just passed the 180lb mark (179lbs) I am so psyched! It was just last summer when I was teddering (sp?) close to the 200lb mark; and that is when I started to run like a mad man and enter as many 5K's as possible! I am not even half way through my training schedule and my body is changing tremendously!

Just thought I would share...is anyone else experiencing the same. I just love it that my pants that were normally kinda tight are totally loose on me!

As "Ali G" would say...."Buyakasha!!!!!"
