First swim is on monday! They're holding a mini-tri on wednesday...oh crap, I dont have a bike!

Tri club comraderie is great I never actually joined I just participated in the group sessions ... my only problem with it is I almost always found group workouts very competitive which almost always led to going hard all the time.....the flip side of that is I was never faster than with the extra competition. Able to push to limits I didnt know I had ... and certainly didn't have before I went with the group.
