achilles tendonitis

think i've developed this after a long (for me) run on wednesday last week. did another run today and its sore again. have iced it and will take anti-inflamatory's after i finish typing this.

any other advise and how long till i can run again? my run is the weakest by far but i seem to keep getting injured - so help!
