Very minor stretches, almost nothing, mainly tried to keep warm.

Comments:

Nice run, would say overall the group was fast. Some mini races with some others kept it really interesting towards the end.

What would you do differently?:

Eat better the day before. Run with a pack next time.

Event comments:

This is DCRR Race and for the very low entry fee of $1 or $5 non members this is certainly excellent value. Course is great, volunteers are great and post race refreshments compare with more high profile races.
