I was toying with the idea of travelling for a 1/2IM this summer - now I don't have to

I did the sprint there last summer and with the exception of limited bike racks, it was a great race. Really looking forward to going long in Bridgetown this summer!

Anyone with me?

Hey that sounds great but its looking like I'm going to be two more years to get to that level. Good to know that there geting closser though.

My A race this year will be the Navy Fitness challenge, my first race ever; from there I will work on next year.  My PF is still giving me grief and I may have to reconside some of my run plans.

I'll see you there but I'm only doing the Olympic. I started with Sprints last year, moved to Olympic this year (just Port Hood so far) and will do Half Iron next year. I think that's a pretty reasonable schedule. I have a young family (that I want to keep!) so I have to progress slowly due to time constraints.
