Expert  1535    Coeur D'alene, ID |  Subject: Newbie from Spokane, WAHi all, This is a great site for all of us newbies! I'm really having a great time training for my first races this summer. I was on the medical staff for IM Coeur D'Alene last summer and was AWED by the athletes there. I've been athletic all my life but never in condition like those people were. So...here I am, training for some sprint races and 1 Olympic race this summer. Having the time of my life training so needless to say, I can't wait for race day! As a Clydesdale, swimming is ok, the bike is my strong point, and running is so, so. Any tips and helpful hints any of you may pick up will be greatly appreciated!
