I just bought a Park Tools PCS-1 from my LBS for $150 and absolutely love it and recommend it.  You can get them for about $130 online.  I was not going to spend that much, but the important difference from one stand to the next is the clamp.  How "heavy duty" the tubes are is secondary since we're just using them at home for basic tuning and cleaning 99% of the time.  You're going to have it a long time and I can promise you that you will "get what you pay for".

Better to spend a little extra $$ and get a good sturdy stand. The "cheap" ones will drive you nuts unless you are simply cleaning your bike.

I have the Park Tool PRS20. It's a bit pricey but it's a good stand and I love it!

Now does the clamp hold these aero frames versus the traditional tube?

Unless you buy a special clamp, it's not going to clamp onto an aero tube.  Normally, though, an aero bike has a standard round top tube.  I have a Cervelo Dual which is all aero, but the top tube is round (since it's not a leading edge).  You can always clamp onto the seat post too.

Another reason I went with the PRS20 is I can out any bike in it.
