Sad story of Triathlete accident

I'm posting this here because I know this forum gets more traffic than COJ.  There is a thread going over there about a fellow triathlete who was killed while training.  It is very touching and really hits close to home, for many reasons.  I know we get these stories from time to time but this one, for some reason, has really hit a few of us hard.  We're putting together a letter to the mother of the triathlete.  Please visit the thread and any suggestions or comments are welcome.  If nothing else keep the family in your thoughts and be careful out there.
