This isn't tri related but thought some of you might be interested.... The Denver Museum of Nature and Science has a new IMAX film starting today:

Wired to Win: Surviving the Tour de France follows the true story of two professional cyclists: Australian Baden Cooke and French teammate Jimmy Casper. Using the 2,108 mile race as a backdrop, the film takes you inside the brains—quite literally—of these two riders as they try to avoid danger, fight pain and fatigue, seize moments of opportunity, and stay motivated.

In addition to the human drama, you’ll witness the latest advances in neuroscience. Functional Magnetic Resonance Imagery (fMRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) show how the brain responds in “real time” to both external and internal stimuli. Audiences will come to understand how a small three-pound organ, with no moving parts and the consistency of gelatin, is central to all accomplishment.
