Champion  11641      Fairport, NY |  Subject: Announcing the BT Forums Widget!What is it? A mini-application that uses the Yahoo! Widget Engine to display the 10 latest postings from the BeginnerTriathlete.com forum of your choice. Below is a picture of it running on my desktop (along with an Ironman Race Countdown widget and a Stewie Griffin widget). To run it do the following:

Unfortunately, the only Mac I own at the moment is a Powerbook 140 and I don't think Tiger's going to run on it. If someone wants to donate a G4 or G5 I'd be happy to create one. Heck, I'll even settle for a Mini. The Yahoo widget engine does have a Mac version and the widgets are supposed to be cross platform compatible but I haven't had the opportunity to test it. |
