Subject: First real Brick
Well I am excited I the weather was so nice toay I was able to do my first real brick, well it was more stone sized but I did it. I have hated doing them in the gym, it doesnt feel real.

10 mile bike 33:15
2 mile run 21:46

please dont laugh..... im gettting there.

Legs didnt feel to bad actually. I think If I would have pushed myself harder on the ride and geared down a bit they would have been worse.

As for my legs now......OUCH

can I borrow some ice.

Why would we laugh? Keep it up. I try to do about 10/2 or 8/3 the last few weeks for one work out. The funny thing is I like running after the cycling because my old injuries are endorphinized.
