Run
Comments: Run was harder than I thought it might be. Wasn't used to running Central Park in the other direction. Also, I fizzled out in the last 1/4 mile where I normally try to finish off with a sprint. This time, I finished with a jog to the finish. What would you do differently?: Maybe go a little slower to have a strong finishing kick. Post race
Warm down: Stretches and walk/jog home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Plantar fasciitis, early season lack of endurance. This run was only 37 slower than my fastest recorded 10k time, so I'm optimistic about this season. I'm at a better starting point than I was last year. Hopefully, barring injuries, I'll meet some time goals. Last updated: 2006-04-03 12:00 AM
