Extreme Veteran  492   Home port |  Subject: Ruptured anterior deltoid...Has anyone ever had this injury? How long before you resumed normal training. I know I was told no swimming for 6 weeks, but would running or biking aggravate this injury? |

Veteran 171 Mobile, Alabama | Subject: RE: Ruptured anterior deltoid... Did you have to have surgery to repair it? Running should not bother it much, as long as you keep that arm calm. Stationary seated biking wont bother it b/c you dont use your hands. Biking can probably be eased into by 3-4 weeks Just ask your doc, each physician is different! |
