New to this site, I have been doing tri's for a couple of years, doing half ironman in lansing MI, in august. Biggest difficulty is training hard enough to succeed, without injury before event...haven't quite perfected that yet

...welcome all discussions from south of Toronto (also doing bluewater tri in Sarnia), as well as Detroit area...

Welcome - great goals - let us know how it goes. Been through Windsor many time on the way to Toronto - to see my Dad. I came from up in minining country - north of North Bay.
