Subject: Newbie in it for the loss
The past few years and personal desisions have taken a toll on my health. I figure thae worst was the 16 years of smoking, now clean for 2+. The countless stops at fast food have done there damage as well.

That was there time, now its my time.

I'm on the couch to 5k plan. I've bumped up the startup time a few. I'm just trying to get out and move and lose som weight. Most of my plans are for next year tho. I want to realy run a tri in 05.
