I carried way too much to drink with me in my first sprint tri. I think I had two bottles with me and only drank half of a bottle. (red gatorade, made me look like my mouth was bleeding when I finished, which scared some people ). But I tend not to drink what most people call 'enough' during workouts or races.
I'm doing an Oly in a few weeks and plan on brining one bottle of gatorade and maybe something like a gu, but maybe not... |
