That damn voice...

I am down in central Florida, visiting my parants and today I had a long run planned, I don't know 8 or 9 miles. I take off and get to the 4 or 5 mile turnaround point and got to thinking, it's just a little further if I just keep going straight and make a loop! So I continue straight! Well after 2:21:34 and 12.44 miles, I stopped running. I was almost back to my parents house.

That is a long ways! I was fine up until the last couple miles, then the legs were starting to get tired. I had some endurance drink with and drank ever 20 minutes or so. I think it was just the first time running that long!

No worrries, next week I'll aim for 15 miles!
