Check with your LBS, often they will have cases for rent.

If you're looking to buy one, I like my Trico IronCase, which you can get for around $200 from Nashbar.

Bump.

I'm looking for a case for travel this upcoming season.  Ideally, the case will hold the bike, some tools, helmet, and shoes (and maybe some gels and CO2's you can't get past security at the airport.  It also needs to be able to hold a 58cm bike.

Also, ideally, I wouldn't have take the bars/aerobars OFF the bike...in order to ship it.  Anyone got experience with cases with these features?  Recommendations?

Removing the handlebars is not that difficult at all.

And you can get in a heap of trouble trying to air transport CO2 cartridges.
