Subject: here goes
With a 5k run under my belt I feel like this is just the beginning. I know the run is only part of it but in my mind it was my biggest hurdle. Now for the next challenge. I am on a helathy roll and I don't want to stop. I am excited to begin training for my first try a tri in September. I can hardly wait.
