BT Online Coaching-experience?

I have looked at the information here on BT and watched the video.  Curious to hear of actual experience with the program. Price certainly seems right.  One of my big questions was how much the coach modifies one of the existing training plans to fit your needs/goals?    I am no expert but have been training pretty consistently for almost 3 years and don't feel that I need someone guiding me every day but would like some structure and someone with expertise to make sure I am not over/under training and preparing for races correctly.  Feel free to PM me if you would rather not post in the forum.   Thanks
