Altra Instincts, with 350 miles on them

I've mentioned these shoes before... Zero drop, lots of toe room. I just realized I've almost hit the 350 mile mark on them, and they're holding up great. Better than most any other shoe I've ever had, and better than any of the ones I've had in the last 10 years.

I posted a more detailed review on my blog, but here's the Reader's Digest version: Almost no sole wear, no wear at all on the uppers, and less compression-set in the midsole than anything approaching this shoe's weight.

Awesome shoes, the first I've had with toe room that allows my tootsies to splay out like they want to (and should), and comfy! (I took them on a 10-miler the first day I wore them.)
