Subject: hydration at florida 70.3

Is there anyway to find out what they will have at the aid stations during the race.  I want to make sure that I start drinking whatever they are going to be giving out so I get used to it. 

I can;t believe the race is so close.  I am totally starting to freak out!

I believe it's Gatorade Endurance.

I've been half expecting to see some of these mythical coupons for it show up in my mailbox, but apparently the folks at Gatorade would rather I stick to Accelerade at this race.

I think it will be gatorade. I've been training with that, heed and perpetuem just to be safe

I thought i read in Tri mag that it would be Gatorade.  Have you tried looking at the website or emailing the RD

I would definitely email Tom Ziebart (RD) -

The website says they will have lemon/lime gatorade on the bike and orange gatorade on the run, but the gatorade endurance website says that gatorade endurance will be on the course, and your guess is as good as mine which is correct. The website is self-contradictory all over the place... I think they've been scrambling so much with course changes that it's fallen behind - I only hope they catch it up quickly.

Tom is at [email protected], and reads and responds quickly - I'm very impressed by him, even though the race org seems a little haphazard at times.

I just got my coupons yesterday- what a nice surprise!  I have 20 of them.  Let me know- I might be willing to share mine, but it might cost ya- like secretly decreasing the number of posts I have in COJ and increasing my post count in tri talk
