Hi everyone, my name is Okey and I am new to this sport.  Just decided to get into shape and what a way to start but to enter a triathlon.

Hi Okey, welcome to BT and triathlon!

Resources here are great for getting fit--the training programs build you up safely and effectively, the Tri'ing for Weightloss forum is good, and there are mentor groups which are awesome for support and info.
