My biggest goal is to compete in a HIM.  I've set that goal 2.5 years ago when I decided to give Tri's a try. I've never been a runner, biker, swimmer and competed in 4 Sprints 2010, 4 Sprints, 1 Oly and a 1/2 Marathon 2011.  I am signed up for white lake HIM on May 5th and hope that I can finish it in about 6 hrs.  I feel great, dropped from a size 6/8 to a size 2 and even better, I got my husband into doing Tris and he is training/competing with me Smile. Life is good!

Knocking an hour off my HIM. I think it's possible withe the run focus I have had since.... however, now I am strongly thinking of doing a full. I could do a full and then do a half 6 weeks later and see how I do. Only thing left is pulling the trigger.

Get back in to racing after 2 years being missed.  With that, I know the training it takes and want to complete a half mary, sprint, HIM, olympic, and IM in that order.  Most importantly, do it safely, correctly, and enjoy ever minute of it.

Signed up for my first tri in June!  Figure I'll start this sport out easy with a 70.3 and see if it kills me.  If not then I have a sprint later in the summer I'm thinking of doing.  Seems reasonable right?

It's a toss-up between completing my first HIM in the fall and losing 25 more lbs.

I think my training for the first will take care of the second...

Have plenty of them.  As far as training, competing, etc. goes it is

1.  Get from 248# to 220#

2. Complete and Oly distance tri as a stepping stone for bigger things in 2013.

Run a 5K with my family.  (I have had issues running for the past year due to knee issues.  Just started running again w/in the last 30 days.)

Maybe an Oly; definitely a sprint or 2.

Highland Lakes Challenge

The Dam 5K (@Lake Travis), provided that there's any water left in the lake at that point.

That's a good start.  Mostly, I want to get back in shape and find the fun again.
