Subject: Raw or cooked weight for calories?
I am wondering what is the most accurate way to record the calories of vegetables that I cook. I noticed a significant difference in weight between before and after I cook vegetables especially when I cook sweet potatoes in the microwave (I know not the healthiest way to do it but its quicker). When adding up calories, should I count the raw weight before I cook them or after?
