Subject: Looking for Doc in Tucson

Hello everyone, I've been doing triathlons for two years now.  One season doing sprints, and last season Olympic distance.  I've been an athlete all my life (mostly running and soccer), and at 27 I'm probably in the best shape of my life.  Recently, I've been having some minor nagging injuries that just won't seem to go away.  My primary family care physician is pretty useless and in the past just tells me to take it easy.  I'd like to find a good sports medicine doctor in Tucson that better understands the demands of our sport and can work with me through injuries and training. Thanks in advance!

I'd skip a dr for injuries, unless it was a sports specialist.  Try Dr Ira Gluck.  He is a very good at keeping me going with primarily ART treatments.  And what is good about him is that he seems to know the most important thing, what caused the injury, and possible treatments to prevent it from reoccuring.  Not just getting you back to the pre-injury state.
