New Ultra Book

 First, two disclaimers:

2. I am not an Ultra runner...yet. It is my ambition to be one, and this is the only place I have shared that information. Not with family, friends, co-runners, etc. I just finished my first 13.1 . The ONLY thing that makes me think I can do an Ultra is that I have that 12 minute mile down to a science now. [/feebleattemptathumor]
