Intro to Triathlons

Good evening everyone. My name is Chris. I live in Missouri and am training for my first Tri in Jackson County at Longview Lake in August. I'm working on my running, buying my first road bike, and I need to get alot better at swimming. Hopefully I can learn alot from the people here who have been through it all before. My goal for this first tri is just to finish (and maybe not puke) And if I enjoy it, then I will start concentrating on times and longer distances.
