Subject: Hip Pain Cure I am racing in my first sprint triathlon in June. I ran into some problems with the running during my training. I developed extreme pain in my left hip for days after each run. I am about 45 pounds overweight still, however I completed a C25K program last fall without any hip pain. I found a solution that I want to share with everyone here.
