Friday morning is where I finish my week. I could hardly believe the scale this morning.

193 Lbs, another 4 pounds lost this week.

My goal is 189 for April 27, so I should make it. I don't expect as good a result next week, as i will be spending 60 hours at work, so a lot less time to train. Hoping for another pound. Still feeling great.

The key to loss is not as much your training, but not adding mindless eating during those 60 hours at work. Training makes you faster and stronger, food choices make us weigh less. I mean, most of the time.

I have my eating under control, even with long days at work. I know that food is more important than working out for weight loss, but since I keep my food intake at 1600 calories every day, the weeks I work out more, I seem to loose more weight. 

I am capable of not eating more when working out more, or if I do, it's very little calories compared to what I burn. 

But I was wrong about my work schedule, only 48 hours of work instead of 60, so looks like I'll be able to put in some good training.

I'm signing up!  Need all the help and accountability I can get.  I have put on 14 pounds in the past year, and want it GONE!

So, my current weight, as of this morning is 153.

Goal for 4/30 - 148

Alright time to get serious here, just got on a scale at work and 243 flashed up at me.

lots of feelings associated with that number but the main thing is lets get moving downhill again.

Just started weighing my self recently (finally bought a scale lol).

I started the year off at about 245.

Down to 223.4 (didn't even start training till March for my first triathlon in July)

April goal:  To hit <220 and stay <220.  215 would be awesome.

Wednesday weigh-in - I am delightfully surprised. I was sure that Easter weekend would set me back, but honestly, I didn't eat that much. I also kept my OA abstinence and didn't touch any candy or anything like that. Still, something about this week felt off.

But I'm on a roll apparently. (without too much butter or jam - ba dum bum, thanks folks, I'll be here all week)

Yeah! Apparently avoiding Easter candy has its rewards after all...not to mention that Easter offered some great opportunities for Paleo-ish eating...hard boiled eggs, turkey ham, grilled veggies, fruit salad as desert - not a grain or added sugar in sight. If only every day was so yummy and so easy.

Starting to plateau it seems.  I'm at peace with that as I have already surpassed my original target weight of 220.  Just focus on my intake and keep training and let the chips fall where they may.

Official weekly weigh is suppose to be Thurs for me but what the hell, I checked this AM anyhow:

Apr 5 - 260.0, 33.3% BF

Apr 11 - 258.6, 32.7% BF

Better than a kick in the nads is what I always say.

April Goal still 250 lbs, 30.8% BF.
